  1. omg these are amazing… ive tried making cake pops and i could make the cake on the sticks fine, but when i dipped them into the chocolate, the special chocolate i bought for them was way too thick and it wasnt thin and smooth like these !! How do i make them like these, i’d love to have them for my 21st party 🙂 im from ireland and they are so expensive to buy them here as i want about 50 so id love to be able to make them 🙂

  2. Hi Gillian! It sounds like you may be using precolored melts? Yes, some brands do not melt smooth ….at all! See if you can find “candy coating” at a local grocery store. We can buy it here in the US at Walmart too, so maybe ASDA would stock it?
They typically come in bricks–CandiQuik or Plymouth Pantry are popular brands here–it’s also called “Almond Bark”. We melt white chocolate and then color it ourselves with candy oils. Hope this helps a bit! 🙂

  3. Awh thanks a million, il have a look out for it ! I really want to make these, i wanted something different to cupcakes for my party !
